The Educational Philosophy of the Superintendent

The R.O.C. Military Academy is the cradle for cultivating non-commissioned officers of the military. I strongly believe in the saying, "it takes ten years to nurture a tree, but a hundred years to train a man", and feel that "talent cultivation" should be at the core of our actions. I also hold the educational goals of "fostering military morality, learning professional competence, and developing physical strength" as key to rebuilding core values and ensuring a holistic approach to education, including: implementing group development, improving educational facilities, advancing teaching proficiency, creating a bilingual environment, reinforcing professional skills, optimizing learning performance, training the next generation of leadership, regulating everyday routines, diversifying sports development, enriching social club activities, balancing nutrition supplementation, ensuring holistic living care and a beautiful campus environment through all the efforts of former superintendents. I also expect to develop students' sense of honor and responsibility, encourage them to show their confidence and self-esteem, strengthen the reputation of the military academy to attract outstanding young people every year through various external physical and skill-based competitions and exhibitions, and contribute further to nurturing modern professional non-commissioned officers who possess both skills and a sense of morality, and who are committed to leading by example.
