Provides services to officers, non-commissioned officers, teachers, students, and contracted personnel of the school 24 hours a day in accordance with outpatient, emergency, and hospitalization regulations of military health departments.
Outpatient and emergency service operating times are as follows:
（1）Outpatient service hours: 08:00-12:00 a.m. 13:30-16:30 p.m. 19:00-20:30 pm
（2）Emergencies: emergency services available for 24/7.

In charge of environmental hygiene, preventive healthcare, health education, outpatient and emergency services, and various physical examinations, wounded evacuation, the campus medical rescue network, and complete medical quality for officers and soldiers to maintain the health of teachers and students.
